Whispered The heart

Whispered the Heart is a Berkshires based local artisan gift shop. Inspired by owner Donna Steinert's vision of a beautiful gift shop featuring several products made by the many talented artisans who call the Berkshires home. Donna is committed to the local community and hopes that her shop will be a connector and a space people look forward to spending time in.

We feature a wide selection of glass, pottery, wood and ceramic works, many are handmade by our talented group of artisans here in the Berkshires. Nearly all of these items are one-of-a-kind made with excellent craftmanship. In addition we have works by many local photographers and painters in the form of matted prints in multiple sizes and beautiful cards. 

We also carry lovely, high quality soy candles, handmade soaps in a variety of sizes and shapes, room and linen sprays, bath salts, tabletop items and centerpieces, dishtowels, hand towels, picnic basket items, (think Tanglewood picnic) and many other unique and special gift and household items. We are adding to our inventory daily and as the seasons change.

Donna also creates one-of-a-kind handmade sterling silver jewelry pieces. Each of these pieces are formed from sterling silver metal clay which is then fired in the kiln yielding solid 960 sterling silver which is a stronger and purer form of sterling than 925 sterling. We look forward to being a space you love spending time in and one where you will find beautiful, unique gift items for someone special or for yourself.
